For over 40 years, Watch Doctors has specialised in the servicing of all Certina watch models. Our Swiss-trained, BHI-accredited technicians utilise state-of-the-art diagnostic tools to maintain your watch’s optimal performance.
Watch Doctors is an authorised Certina repair and service centre, fully certified to service all Certina watch models, including DS-7s, DS PH100Ms, DS Caimanos, DS Actions and more.
At Watch Doctors we understand and respect the technologies used by Certina to create their statement-making designs, allowing us to provide leading authorised Certina watch servicing. Our committed horology experts are experienced in servicing classic and modern Certina watches and their original parts.
Whether you require case and bracelet adjustments, ultrasonic cleaning or a pressure test, ensuring you are satisfied with the end result is essential. Each service includes 5 day mechanical testing to ensure your watch is returned to you at its very best.
Watch Doctors offers comprehensive servicing for automatic, manual, quartz and chronograph watches. All watches are examined cosmetically and operationally, before a tailored price is agreed with the customer.
A full Certina service is recommended every five years to maintain full functionality. All watches are fully disassembled, examined cosmetically, cleaned and oiled, and any worn or damaged parts are replaced. The watch is then fully reassembled and tested for accuracy and water resistance before being returned to you.
Expert watch maintenance
If your Certina watch has been damaged, a repair may be required. This can either be conducted through drop-off to a Watch Doctors workshop in Tring or Thame, or by sending it to us through the post.

We offer free estimates on all watch servicing enquiries. Estimates may change following physical inspection as we cannot fully assess the condition or extent of servicing required until your watch is in our hands. We confirm all changes in pricing with the customer, prior to any work starting.

Our senior watch technicians are based in our workshops in Tring and Thame, but have trained in Switzerland to specialise in Certina watch servicing at the highest level. Our service fees depend on the type of repair and the specific model of Certina. Watches with greater complexity will be more expensive to service.
Yes, Certina recommend you have your watch serviced every 3-4 years to maintain the watch’s condition and prevent undue wear to internal parts.
Yes, we offer free estimates on all watch repair or servicing enquiries. Unfortunately, we cannot fully assess the condition, servicing required, or the extent of damage to your watch until it is in our hands – so estimations may change once we have physically inspected it. All changes in pricing will be confirmed with you prior to work starting.
