Omega wanted a hefty £600 to replace and would only do so as part of a wider service, which I didn’t want. Watch Doctors quoted accurately, explained the process and kept me updated throughout. Cost was less than 20% of that quoted by Omega and they use OEM parts. People are quick to complain and leave negative reviews if their expectations aren’t met. I try to do the opposite and give praise where I think it’s due. As here. Got my watch back this morning in a nice velvet pouch. Deal with confidence. Good outfit doing good work.

Dropped my Tissot in for a new battery and strap, and not a lot of money later, both have been professionally replaced and the watch looks brand new. On collection I brought in one of my other watches, to get a quote on a new battery. They replaced it there and then for £15! Couldn’t have been happier. The price was way cheaper than sending it to the manufacturer (and turnaround was much quicker too). It came back looking great: as well as the service they'd given it a clean and polish, and it keeps better time now than it did before (it's an automatic watch, it used to lose a second every few days - now it's more like a second every week or two).
