Our Process For Repairing Your Watch
STEP ONE
SUBMIT YOUR ENQUIRY
Submit your enquiry using the form below. Provide us with as much detail as possible.
STEP TWO
DIAGNOSTIC AND QUOTE
One of our technicians will evaluate your query then contact you with an estimated quote.
STEP THREE
SEND US YOUR WATCH
After agreeing the estimate, we send you a secure Watch Doctors postage box. Place your watch inside and resend to our workshop.
STEP FOUR
FINALISE THE QUOTE AND REPAIR
Once received, we’ll confirm your watch’s arrival. Then finalise the quotation based on physical assessment and complete the repair.
STEP FIVE
INVOICE PAYMENT
We send you an invoice, which can be paid online, via bank transfer or on the phone.
STEP SIX
YOU RECEIVE YOUR REPAIRED WATCH
Once payment has been accepted we return your watch back to you at its very best.
