Our quality control measures include water resistance testing (where applicable) and mechanical testing for a 48 hour period prior to collection or dispatch.

The shine of the case and metal bracelet are skilfully restored with a gentle polishing process to remove scratches and dents and return your timepiece to your preferred condition. All polishing is optional.

A full Balmain service is recommended every five years to maintain full functionality. All watches are fully disassembled, examined cosmetically, cleaned and oiled, and any worn or damaged parts are replaced.
