One of our expert technicians will evaluate your query, before contacting you with an estimated quotation.
STEP THREE
SEND US YOUR WATCH
After agreeing an estimate, we will arrange secure services for you to be able to safely send us your watch. Or if it’s easier to come to us, we have a local service centre in Tring, Hertfordshire.
STEP FOUR
FINALISE THE QUOTE AND REPAIR
Once we have received your watch, we’ll confirm successful arrival and finalise the quotation based on physical assessment, then complete the service or repair.
STEP FIVE
INVOICE PAYMENT
We provide an invoice which can be paid securely online, via bank transfer, or over the phone.
STEP SIX
YOUR WATCH IS SECURELY RETURNED TO YOU
Once payment has been received we will return your lovingly restored watch to you, via secure courier or local collection.
