Our bespoke Seiko service centre fuses intricate watchmaking expertise with over 35 years’ experience. As a BHI (British Horological Institute) accredited practice, we specialise in service and repairs, bringing Seiko’s craftsmanship back to life. Our professionally trained staff use state of the art equipment and perform water and pressure tests, ensuring your watch returns to you as good as new, with the water resistancy to match. We offer a complimentary examination service. Simply pop into our workshop in Tring or, if you’re looking for a postal repair, we can offer a Free Quote Estimation prior to postage.

Battery & Reseal
Battery replacement is £10, with battery and reseal costing £24.
Glass Replacement
Standard round glass starts from £22, and standard shaped glass starting from £40.
Dial Restoration
Dial restoration services starting from just £180.
Servicing, Movement & Timekeeping
Servicing prices range from £74 to £160 depending on what is required.
Straps & Bracelets
Parts jobs such as link removal and fitting start from £8, with prices for new straps and bracelets available upon request.
Crown or Winder Damage
Standard button and stem starting from £30.

Our Process For Repairing Your Watch
STEP ONE
SUBMIT YOUR ENQUIRY
Submit your enquiry using the form below and provide us with as much detail as possible.
STEP TWO
DIAGNOSTIC & QUOTE
One of our expert technicians will evaluate your query, before contacting you with an estimated quotation.
STEP THREE
SEND US YOUR WATCH
After agreeing the estimate, we send you a secure Watch Doctors postage box for you to put your watch in and resend to our workshop.
STEP FOUR
FINALISE THE QUOTE AND REPAIR
Once received, we’ll confirm your watch’s arrival, finalise the quotation based on physical assessment, and complete the repair.
STEP FIVE
INVOICE PAYMENT
We send you an invoice, which can be paid online, via bank transfer or through the phone.
STEP SIX
YOU RECEIVE YOUR REPAIRED WATCH
Once payment has been accepted we return your watch back to your return address at its very best working order.
