One of our technicians will evaluate your query, before contacting you with a quote.
STEP THREE
SEND US YOUR WATCH
After agreeing the estimate, we send you a secure Watch Doctors postage box for you to put your watch in and resend to our workshop.
STEP FOUR
FINALISE THE QUOTE AND REPAIR
Once received, we’ll confirm your watch’s arrival, finalise the quote based on physical assessment, and complete the repair.
STEP FIVE
INVOICE PAYMENT
We send you an invoice, which can be paid online, via bank transfer or through the phone.
STEP SIX
YOU RECEIVE YOUR REPAIRED WATCH
Once payment has been accepted we return your watch back to you at its very best.
