STEP ONE
SUBMIT YOUR ENQUIRY

DIAGNOSTIC AND QUOTE
One of our team will appraise your query and then contact you with an estimated quote.
STEP THREE
SEND US YOUR WATCH
After agreeing the estimate with you, we will send you a secure Watch Doctors postage box. Place your watch inside and send it back to our workshop.
STEP FOUR
FINALISE THE QUOTE AND REPAIR
Once received, we’ll confirm that your watch has arrived, finalise the quote based on assessment and complete the repair.
STEP FIVE
INVOICE PAYMENT
We send you an invoice, which can be paid online, via bank transfer or on the phone.
STEP SIX
YOU RECEIVE YOUR REPAIRED WATCH
Once payment has been accepted we will return your watch to your address, in its very best working order.
