Our fully trained team is dedicated to ensuring every Citizen watch we work with is restored to noteworthy condition and performance.
With over 35 years’ experience in luxury watch repair, we specialise in maintaining vintage and modern Citizen watches. Our BHI approved service centre can pressure test water resistant timepieces and repair and restore Citizen timepieces with incredible quality using certified Citizen watch parts.
We offer a free inspection service through drop-off to our workshop in Tring. Or, if you’re looking for a postal repair please contact us as we can offer a Free Quote Estimation prior to postage. If your watch is a Citizen Eco Drive, this is a different specification with different repair needs.

Battery & Reseal
Battery replacement is £10, with battery and reseal costing £24.
Glass Replacement
Standard round watch glass starts from £22, and standard shaped glass starting from £40.
Dial Restoration
Dial restoration services starting from just £180.
Servicing, Movement & Timekeeping
Servicing prices range from £74 to £160 depending on what is required.
Straps & Bracelets
Parts jobs such as link removal and fitting start from £8, with prices for new straps and bracelets available upon request.
Crown or Winder Damage
Standard button and stem starting from £30.

Our Process For Repairing Your Watch
STEP ONE
SUBMIT YOUR ENQUIRY
Submit your enquiry using the form below and provide us with as much detail as possible.
STEP TWO
DIAGNOSTIC AND QUOTE
One of our technicians will evaluate your query then contact you with an estimated quote.
STEP THREE
SEND US YOUR WATCH
After agreeing the estimate, we send you a secure Watch Doctors postage box. Place your watch inside and resend to our workshop.
STEP FOUR
FINALISE THE QUOTE AND REPAIR
Once received, we’ll confirm your watch’s arrival. Then finalise the quotation based on physical assessment and complete the repair.
STEP FIVE
INVOICE PAYMENT
We send you an invoice, which can be paid online, via bank transfer or over the phone.
STEP SIX
YOU RECEIVE YOUR REPAIRED WATCH
Once payment has been accepted we return your watch back to you at its very best.
