I have previously had my watch 'serviced' at Rolex dealerships and had the strong suspicion that they took my money and did nothing, i.e . the watch was slow when I gave it to them and was slow when I got it back!!
Not so with watch doctors, they fixed the previous issue on a past service and recently I was having to wind my watch manually as the automatic winding was faulty. Watch now 100%. These people can be TRUSTED.

Always very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Never go anywhere else to have our watches fixed. We take a few watches each time for new batteries and they're done in double quick time while we go off for a coffee!

Great service yet again from the Watch Doctors. I've used them a number of times in the past for battery replacement and reseal of my TAG watch.
This time, following a slight delay in getting my watch back, they returned to my home address in Surrey by Special Delivery and also repaired the clasp, both at no extra charge.

SEND US YOUR WATCH
After agreeing the estimate, we send you a secure Watch Doctors postage box. Place your watch inside and resend to our workshop
STEP FOUR
FINALISE THE QUOTE AND REPAIR
Once received, we’ll confirm your watch’s arrival, finalise the quotation based on physical assessment, and complete the repair.
STEP FIVE
INVOICE PAYMENT
We send you an invoice, which can be paid online, via bank transfer or through the phone.
STEP SIX
YOU RECEIVE YOUR REPAIRED WATCH
Once payment has been accepted we return your watch back to you at its very best.
