The gas release valve detached from my 2007 Seamaster. Omega wanted a hefty £600 to replace and would only do so as part of a wider service, which I didn’t want. Watch Doctors quoted accurately, explained the process and kept me updated throughout. Cost was less than 20% of that quoted by Omega and they use OEM parts. People are quick to complain and leave negative reviews if their expectations aren’t met. I try to do the opposite and give praise where I think it’s due. As here. These guys are magic! Dropped my Tissot in for a new battery and strap, and not a lot of money later, both have been professionally replaced and the watch looks brand new. On collection I brought in one of my other watches, to get a quote on a new battery. They replaced it there and then for £15! Couldn’t have been happier. My watch stopped so I sent it to Watch Doctors for a service and repair. The price was way cheaper than sending it to the manufacturer (and turnaround was much quicker too). It came back looking great: as well as the service they'd given it a clean and polish, and it keeps better time now than it did before (it's an automatic watch, it used to lose a second every few days - now it's more like a second every week or two). Great service! I contacted Watch Doctors to ask if they could replace a worn leather watch on my much-loved Vivienne Westwood watch. They sent me a box and a label to post my watch to them, and it was back with me in just seven days. My Breitling watch stopped working and so contacted Watch Doctors. They provided a guide price which seemed reasonable and so I opted to send it to them for repair. The watch was returned today after paying the invoice (which did not increase from the estimate) and delighted with the end result. All backed by a guarantee.
