 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The gas release valve detached from my 2007 Seamaster. Omega wanted a hefty £600 to replace and would only do so as part of a wider service, which I didn’t want. Watch Doctors quoted accurately, explained the process and kept me updated throughout. Cost was less than 20% of that quoted by Omega and they use OEM parts. People are quick to complain and leave negative reviews if their expectations aren’t met. I try to do the opposite and give praise where I think it’s due. As here. Got my watch back this morning in a nice velvet pouch. Deal with confidence. Good outfit doing good work.

Dropped my Tissot in for a new battery and strap, and not a lot of money later, both have been professionally replaced and the watch looks brand new. On collection I brought in one of my other watches, to get a quote on a new battery. They replaced it there and then for £15! Couldn’t have been happier. The price was way cheaper than sending it to the manufacturer (and turnaround was much quicker too). It came back looking great: as well as the service they'd given it a clean and polish, and it keeps better time now than it did before (it's an automatic watch, it used to lose a second every few days - now it's more like a second every week or two). I contacted Watch Doctors to ask if they could replace a worn leather watch on my much-loved Vivienne Westwood watch. They sent me a box and a label to post my watch to them, and it was back with me in just seven days. They provided a guide price which seemed reasonable and so I opted to send it to them for repair. Authorised TAG Heuer Servicing

A full TAG Heuer service is recommended every five years to maintain full functionality. All watches are fully disassembled, examined cosmetically, cleaned and oiled, and any worn or damaged parts are replaced. The watch is then fully reassembled and tested for accuracy and water resistance before being returned to you.
