Will definitely use Watch Doctors again
I took my watch in for a battery replacement and the service was excellent - very fast, efficient and fairly-priced. The staff were very friendly, it took less than 10 minutes, and they did it while I waited. In the past I have had to send it away or leave it with the shop for several days and so I will definitely use Watch Doctors again.

Brilliant customer service
Brilliant customer service. My watch was not expensive but held a lot of sentimental value. I was told by several jewellers that it couldn't be repaired and the ones that could do it wanted a fortune. Watch Doctors at Tring not only carried out the repair it is far far better than I expected, I can't tell you what it means.

I received an email with a photo of my watch on the day it arrived with Watchdoctors. They confirmed the estimate and I gave authority for the work to be carried out. The work was done within two weeks and I received another photo of the watch with my invoice. I paid the invoice and the watch was back home with me the following day. I sent my broken lump of stainless steel (Tag Heuer Carrera Chrono) to Watch Doctors with little hope of it ever working again after the rotor seized and loose fasteners could be seen moving around inside the watch through the clear back. To my delight, in less than 2 weeks, I had it back on my wrist and working better than ever. Some of the forums had indicated that Watch Doctors do not provide the ‘better than new’ service that the main dealers offer but this is totally incorrect as my watch has had a hard life but yet came back absolutely sparkling with not so much as a single scratch on it which I wouldn’t have thought possible and was well beyond my expectations.
I had approached my local official Tag dealer and enquired about a possible repair. They said if a repair was possible it would be on the wrong side of £1000 and take more than 12 weeks. Watch Doctors took two weeks (initially quoted 4 weeks) and charged less than a quarter of the official dealer provisional quote.
To say I am happy is an understatement. I would not hesitate to recommend Watch Doctors to my closest friends and family and I will not be sending my watch anywhere else in the future.

Hi Pam, I had my watch serviced - repaired just before Christmas and being honest I was very anxious about sending off something I had owned since new, having purchased it when I was 20 years old (I'm 63 now)
My watch came back not only working but in amazing condition and I was truly delighted with the work you carried out. I would ask that my thoughts could be conveyed to those involved and I would be happy to post on any web sites you choose to name with regards to a glowing testimonial.

I don't do this very often but I would just like to say a big thank you for the fantastic work you did in servicing my Tag Heuer 2000 Automatic watch. I have to say you made my Christmas. The watch looks like new, and I am so pleased with the professional service I have received, reasonable prices and the great customer service you have provided in dealing with my additional requests (e.g. photo of the movement etc).
