From the initial contact asking for a quote to the replacement and sourcing of a watch strap and clasp, to the invoicing and return has been superb. I am chuffed to bits
Thank you, for so beautifully dealing with my watch I called in with to your Tring branch on Friday.
While I waited, you checked it over, established the new battery I had had fitted elsewhere, was faulty, replaced it, blew it down, (having established parts were no longer available from Longines), put it back together, and advised that hopefully, it would keep working.
Some 72 hours later it is still working, I am chuffed to bits.
The watch holds great sentimental value for me.

Very smooth and efficient
I had a G SS SKAGEN Q watch with damaged hands and front bezel detached. The whole process from initial contact to receipt of repaired device was very smooth and efficient. My options were made clear as were potential extra costs. I would not hesitate to use again.

Customer service was excellent
Had a Balmain and Gucci that both weren’t working, even after battery replacement. Online quote request was prompt and reasonable, and packaging was sent in order to securely post. The servicing took several weeks, but the watches worked afterwards and were beautifully cleaned up. Two year guarantee is appreciated. Will definitely use Watch Doctors again
I took my watch in for a battery replacement and the service was excellent - very fast, efficient and fairly-priced. The staff were very friendly, it took less than 10 minutes, and they did it while I waited. In the past I have had to send it away or leave it with the shop for several days and so I will definitely use Watch Doctors again.

Brilliant customer service
Brilliant customer service. My watch was not expensive but held a lot of sentimental value. I was told by several jewellers that it couldn't be repaired and the ones that could do it wanted a fortune. Watch Doctors at Tring not only carried out the repair it is far far better than I expected, I can't tell you what it means.

I took the plunge to use Watchdoctors after reading reviews. I was worried about sending my TAG to a company found on the internet. However I am so glad I did.
I received an email with a photo of my watch on the day it arrived with Watchdoctors. They confirmed the estimate and I gave authority for the work to be carried out. The work was done within two weeks and I received another photo of the watch with my invoice. I paid the invoice and the watch was back home with me the following day. I would not hesitate to use Watchdoctors again and highly recommend them to anyone who is unsure about sending them a well loved time piece.
