Jacob & Co was established in 1986 by Jacob Arabo, a high-end creator of fine jewellery. However, it wasn’t until 2002 that Jacob & Co made their first foray into the watch market. Fast-forward to the present day and the brand has built a reputation for high-tech designs. Powered by expertly crafted technology, Jacob & Co timepieces are breathtaking high-jewelled creations. In particular, the brand is idolised for its Grand Complication masterpieces, including the Twin Turbo Furious and the 3D Astronomia. Most of these products have strictly limited production runs, making them heavily sought-after collectors’ items.
Combining over 35 years of experience with a rich history of watch repair expertise, the technicians at our servicing centre specialise in the maintenance of classical and modern timepieces, including leading Jacob & Co models. Our BHI (British Horological Institute) approved service can restore and repair Jacob & Co watches, using methods such as pressure testing to ensure optimal condition. One of our highly recommended technicians will evaluate your query, before contacting you with an estimated quotation.
STEP THREE
SEND US YOUR WATCH
After agreeing the estimate, we send you a secure Watch Doctors postage box for you to put your watch in and resend to our workshop.
STEP FOUR
FINALISE THE QUOTE AND REPAIR
Once received, we’ll confirm your watch’s arrival, finalise the quotation based on physical assessment, and complete the repair services.
STEP FIVE
INVOICE PAYMENT
We send you an invoice, which can be paid online, via bank transfer or through the phone.
STEP SIX
YOU RECEIVE YOUR REPAIRED WATCH
Once payment has been accepted we return your watch back to you at its very best.
