DIAGNOSTIC AND QUOTE
One of our expert technicians will evaluate your query, before contacting you with an estimated quotation.
STEP THREE
SEND US YOUR WATCH
After agreeing the estimate, we will send you a secure Watch Doctors postage box for you to put your watch in for Royal Mail to take care of sending to our Tring workshop.
STEP FOUR
FINALISE THE QUOTE AND REPAIR
Once received, we’ll confirm your watch’s arrival and finalise the quotation based on physical assessment. Next we can execute the repair or complete service such as replace batteries.
STEP FIVE
INVOICE PAYMENT
We send you an invoice, which can be paid online, via bank transfer or through the phone.
STEP SIX
YOU RECEIVE YOUR REPAIRED WATCH
Once payment has been accepted we return your watch back to you at its very best after receiving the professional service.
