Good morning, I popped into your repair shop on Monday with my Ebel watch expecting to leave it for a full service, the gentleman who helped me was very honest and suggested i try a change of battery first. He kindly did while i waited which i really appreciated as i live in Birmingham,. I am pleased to say the watch is back to keeping accurate time and not prone to stopping. I cannot thank you enough as it would have been easy for you to have done the service which was perhaps not required.
